Do Not Rent to List: A monthly listing of Prospective Las Vegas Tenants that have been reported as potentially Disreputable, Untrustworthy, and Undesirable by Nevada Landlords, property owners, Las Vegas, NV citizens, neighbors, informants, and Public Resources.

We enourage all landlords, AirBNB Hosts, neighbors, Las Vegas NV residents, and short-term landlords to document the actions, and behavoirs of tenants.

We encourage landlords to and property hosts to utilize our reporting system to flag disreputable tenants. Althoigh no reportinh system is perfect, we welcome feedback and suggestions. One of the websites that shows on page one of Google search rankings is PadSplit, Inc. As we all know, Google is preferential to companies that pay for search ranking, or that use advertising dollars paid to Google, Inc.

Never accept the words of a prospective tenants at face value. Trust, but verify, as former President Ronald Reagan once stated. Check for evictions; verify employment; and check for criminal records. Call references!!

Las Vegas, NV is known to attract a transient population. Tenants vary by many factors and demographics. Age, occupation, gender, race, nationality, attitudes, and personal habits.

Having a bad tenant can result in decreased rental income and high repair costs that affect the return on a Las Vegas property investment.

Should civilized eviction rules or laws be required for bad tenenta or should a landlord simply give the tenant a 3-hour notice to leave??

One of the common mistakes of bad tenants is thinking that their bad conduct is not being documented or reported. Advetisers on the Las Vegas Roomshares website are required to keep detailed records of all interations with tenants; video, photos, driver's license, notes, etc.

A Do-Not-Rent-To-List is Necessary to Track, Monitor, and to share the adverse axperiences that other landlords and property owners may have had with tenants or prospective tenants.

Offensive and rude tenants typically do a very good job of hiding their negative personslities until AFTER they have been denied an apartment, denied a roomshare, or denied a lease.

Bad tenants often only show their true colors AFTER they have moved into a room or secured an appartment or lease.

For example, offensive and rude tenants always lie about their true personality until it is clear they are lying and dishonest. Let's consider real-life examples.

Tenants and prospective tenants who exhibit inappropriate or offensive behavior should be reported and docunented.

What are Common Signs of a Bad Tenant and Relationship to Pathologicial Liars

Las Vegas, NV Do-Not-Rent-To-List

One of the most common character traits common to bad tenants in Las Vegas, NV is a Pathologicial Liar. A Pathologicial Liar is a person who repeatedly, routinely, and constantly lies about mundane and important matters.

Pathologicial Liars are often sick and demented social failures; they typically do not value their own character or integrity, let alone the decency and good moral character of others.

A Pathologicial Liars can make a casual lie be part of a normal conversation; he/she will be talking normally to their landlord but knowing that he/she is telling a lie or makeing a false promise. They are encouraged by their belief that their pathological lies will never be documented or reported.

For example, a bad tenant will lie about the most basic of topics. A landlord may report a bad tenant as lying about basic false promises. Bryan, for example, a hypothetical tenant, would lie about his claim that he would clean the sink; and that he would "hire a company to spray wash the dirve way" or that "I will pay definitely by noon.". He would talk casually as if he meant it. In fact, Bryan is a Pathological Liars. Within 6 hours, the same Bryan would secrely abandon the property, and renege on his oral promises.

The Las Vegas Rooms for Rent website is exposing as many liars as possible, and placing them on a public Do-Not-Rent-To-List.

  1. A bad tenant is someone who refuses to respect House Rules
  2. Doesn’t pay the rent on time
  3. Violates a lease by having an unauthorized roommate or secret pet
  4. Intentionally damages the property
  5. Communicates poorly or not at all
  6. Acts bothered or annoyed with requests to follow House Rules
  7. Leaves without notice
  8. Can’t make rent every month
  9. Disrespects a Landlord or Property Host
  10. One of the most common lies of a bad tenant are claims of being trustworthy, cleaning up after himself/herself, and respecting housing rules. In reality, Landlords report that many bad tenants are not trustworthy, do not clean up after himself/herself, and they frequently disrespect houserules.

In many cases, Pathologicial Liars should be compared to perverts, child molesters, or psychiatric caaes that need attention. Pathologicial Liars should be barred from renting any private rooms or even being considered for any housing in general.

If an adult black female tenant is hawking a Ron DeSantis book, be careful of renting to her. Ron DeSantis has promoted himself as hostile to the interests of Blacks in general, and certainly to Black females. Therefore. if an adult Black female is reading, buying, and studying the garbage of failed Presidential candidate Ron DeSantis that seems like a good indication that the Black female tenant may have psychiatric issues.

Telling false, making false, untrue, and inaccurate statements. Stop lying!!

Compton, CA product Christine McCall or Christopher McCall (unsure of his/her true gender) was reported by a local Las Vegas, NV landlord as engaging in disrespectful conduct towards a Black property owner landlord; Christine McCall was further reported as maintaining a Ron DeSantis book in her room; The Landloed describes the tenant as "being loud, yelling, and screaming", and even "calling the police on Landlord for no legitimate reason other than being an angry black female filled" Christine McCall was given a 3-Hour Notice of Eviction for refusing to respect House Rules; all of his/her belongings were removed from the premises. The Landlord described himself as an "OG" and claims he "placed a foot in her rear-end" as she exited the door, and that he threw the Ron Desantis book in the sidewalk.
