First and foremost, haunted houses and private roomshares featured by Las Vegas Roomshares are not Las Vegas amusements, or Las Vegas attractions for tourists. These are actual homes and rooms with private owners.

The houses featured in this section are real. They are not fabricated or decorated or dressed up for Halloween or any special amusement. They are active 24 hours per day. Some of these houses featured in this section are brick-made homes that were erected well over 100 years ago!

If you are taking medications like Lisinopril or Metoprolol ER, or medications used to treat high-blood pressure, like statins, please take that into consideration before considering renting one of these homes. Homes with active spirits can create unexpected disturbances at any hour of the night or day. There are no refunds on your deposits for medical reasons or simply because your were overly spooked.

For the record, paranormal events are purported phenomena described in popular culture, folk, and other non-scientific bodies of knowledge, whose existence within these contexts is described as being beyond the scope of normal scientific understanding. For example, my sister actually experienced this episode in one of the houses: a brunette woman with her head dangling to the side, bleeding profusely, eyes battered, appeared in the night, and was screaming for help. Although the image appeared real, it was a spirit form that disappeared within a matter of seconds.

Other paranormal events that may occur in any of these houses are as follows: inconsistent shadows that appear out of no where that do not match the time of the day or lighting in the room; hisses; room lights that may go flicker off or on; unexplained disturbances to any modern electronic equipment; opening and shut kitchen cabinents although no one is in the kitchen, etc. The list is too exhaustive.

The good news is that you are very likely to never be physically touched!! If a spirit does touch you, it will only be a for a split second, and by the time you notice the touch the spirit will be gone for that moment!

Having said all of that, Haunted Houses are very cheap rentals due to the strict health requirements. Please be sure to read the disclaimer involving the prescription drugs! No heart conditions!
